I spent my 20th birthday in Russia, and for my 30th I thought it'd be poetic justice to return to Russia and visit its Eastern wonders. Scheduling issues delayed my trip by about a week, but I met up with my beautiful ex-fiancee Leila (whom I hadn't seen since our trip to Turkey 5 years previously) in Moscow and off we went to explore the vast open spaces of this once forbidden continent.
Limited access to internet (or electricity, for that matter) meant that I only got one travelogue email off during this trip, but many pictures with added commentary!
